Atlantic 10 Announces Men’s Basketball Pairings

The Atlantic 10 Conference announced the men’s basketball pairings for league games in the 2020-21 season. The plan calls for an 18-game league schedule where all teams will play head-to-head competition once, and five schools will meet twice in a home-and-home series.

The La Salle Explorers and the Saint Joseph’s Hawks learned who they will meet two times in the upcoming season. They will play each other at the Gola Arena and the Hagan Arena.

Additionally, La Salle is scheduled to meet Fordham, Massachusetts, Richmond, and Saint Louis two times. The Explorers looks to host Davidson, Duquesne, George Washington, and Rhode Island. The team travels to Dayton, George Mason, St. Bonaventure, and VCU.

Saint Joseph’s is scheduled to play Davidson, George Mason, Rhode Island, and St. Bonaventure on a home-and -home basis. Massachusetts, Richmond, Saint Louis, and VCU come to the Hagan Arena. Saint Joe’s plans to travel to Dayton, Duquesne, Fordham, and George Washington.

This season will be the 45th for the Atlantic 10 Conference. The slate will be the same for the seventh straight year.

The 2021 Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Championship is scheduled for March 10 – 14 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, the site of last year’s tournament.
